This would be SUCH a fun serving piece for a Mardi Gras party!
It is done with melted beads. The bead bowl picture is from here. But she points to a great tutorial that has lots of good information about temperature and techniques. (Because, it’s all fun and games until the kitchen smells like burning plastic.)
